Redundancy as a result of restructuring

In situations where redundancy is a likely outcome of the restructure, we can help organisations to design and implement a process to manage a redundancy programme. For large scale programmes we can assist with the whole, or part of the, process ranging from preparation and communication through to consultation and outplacement.
